I ordered a few tops from Soft Surroundings, and for the most part, everything showed up the way I expected. Two of the items were the right sizes and colors, and they looked pretty much like they did online, so that was good... no real complaints there.
One top did come in the wrong color though, which was frustrating because I’d picked it specifically for a trip. It wasn’t the end of the world, but still, when you’re planning outfits and then... yeah. Just wish the order had been checked a little more carefully.

I expected way better for what they charge. The top looked cute online, but when it showed up the fabric felt thin, scratchy, and just cheap. Then after one wash it already looked worn out, what a joke. Definitely not buying clothes from here again

I ended up ordering two tops and a pair of pants from Soft Surroundings after going back and forth on sizes for way too long. When the package showed up, I tried the tops on first, and those were pretty much what I was hoping for, comfortable, relaxed, and easy to wear without looking sloppy.

The pants were where things got a little tricky. The length was actually great, which almost never happens for me, so I was happy about that right away. But the waist was a bit roomier than I expected, and I found myself thinking I probably could have sized down in those.

Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’ll still wear everything. I just wish the sizing felt a little more consistent from one item to the next. Next time I’ll pay closer attention to the size chart, especially for pants

My order showed up really late, and the most frustrating part was that it never felt clear who was actually responsible. Every time I tried to figure out what was going on, it seemed like the issue was being passed around instead of someone just owning it and giving me a straight answer.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t my style at all. The look feels outdated, and the fit was weird in a way that made me feel like I’d wasted my money. I kept hoping it would work because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it, but i don’t see myself wearing it

I really like a lot of the styles on Soft Surroundings, but the prices feel a bit high for what you actually get. I ordered a top and a pair of pants, and the fabric was fine, just not anything that felt super special. Shipping made the total feel even steeper too. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for the money I was expecting better quality. I’d probably only order again if there was a really good sale

I do like some of the clothes I’ve gotten from Soft Surroundings, but my return/exchange experience wasn’t the smoothest. I had to send something back for a different size, and it took longer than I expected to get an update. Customer service did respond eventually, but it felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number in the queue. It did get taken care of in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, just slower and less easy than I was hoping for.

I tried ordering twice, and both times I thought everything was good, picked my sizes, checked out, all that, and then later the items got canceled because they apparently weren’t actually available. It’s just kind of frustrating because the site makes it look like it’s in stock, so you get your hopes up and spend time choosing everything, and then nope. I feel like the inventory really needs to update more accurately because this is annoying.

My delivery was late again, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. When I reached out, the response made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Just a really frustrating experience overall

I’ll be honest, I do like some of the clothes from Soft Surroundings, so I wasn’t expecting the customer service side to be such a pain. Just a heads up if you’re ordering, because getting help with a return was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

I emailed them with a simple question and waited days for a reply, only to get a really generic response that didn’t actually answer what I asked. Then I tried calling, sat on hold for a long time, and basically got told the same vague thing again.
I’m not saying they’re the worst company out there, but the whole experience made my order feel like a hassle. For the prices they charge, I’d definitely expect better support, so I’d be careful if you think you might need to return anything.

i mean, I tried to place an order, but the whole site just made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading super slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout kept glitching. After a while, I just gave up.

I stopped by the store and felt a bit ignored most of the time. The staff wasn’t exactly rude or anything, they just didn’t really seem interested in helping. The fitting rooms were kind of messy too, which didn’t help the overall experience. The clothes are definitely cute, but with the prices being on the higher side, I expected a little better.

I got my refund in the end. It did take a little, actually, it took a bit longer than I expected, but everything came through okay.

I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt cheap right out of the package, and after barely using it, the seams were already starting to come apart. For the price, come on now, I expected way better quality.
